Tiara Restaurant & Bar - Meluha The Fern : Food Review, Zomato

One of top 5 buffets in the city, for sheer quantity and quality despite such variety of dishes,

Attended their monsoon brunch (ongoing) and left impressed, wanting to come back,

Service is smooth, staff is very caring,

Located on ground floor, accessible and easily navigable even by old people,

very spacious,tables are laid nicely apart,no intrusion on conversations,

There is soup, salads, main course, live counters of cholley bhature, dosa, chaat, kebabs (rotating), pasta, desserts and everything tastes nice,

Dessert especially is fantastic and favorite, dig in soon as dishes get over fast here,

Recommend their salads, dahi vada, curd rice, pasta, kaju gravy, paneer tikka masala

and EVERYTHING in dessert,

Maybe the most down to earth cost buffet I have seen in such premium property!

Garde Manger Cafe Vile Parle : Food Review, Zomato

 

There is no way this place deserves anything less than 10 stars,

Now everybody is joining the HEALTH + TASTE bandwagon but these are the masters,

Such a small place and yes prices are on higher side but their menu is so creative and food so tasty that I cant help but go here again and again,

There is not a single dish that is tasteless or feels bad, it is all freshly made

First time I have seen ingredients like zucchini, quinoa being made into such delicious dishes,

There are other places too where some tasty healthy dishes are found but here literally every dish is superb, I have tried half the menu with my daughter,

Especially love the Mumbai Local chaat, comes in cones, iced, sweeter side just like mumbai chaats and bhel is,delicious, must have, everybody has and love it,

I am biased towards delicious hummus and they make amazing mezze platter,

Zoodles salad where they make noodles out of zucchini is amazing,

Paneer Tikka Sandwich is must have too, what brilliant flavors,

Basically ANYTHING from the menu is brilliant,

There are options of healthy breads, salads,soups, juices, vegan friendly dishes are also there,

My favorite is their chickpea walnut banana pie, oh this is a sin, how can it be so delicious and still be gluten free!!!!

Cannot recommend it enough, cannot wait to go back too!

Tea Trails Vile Parle : Food Review, Zomato

Very  close to vile parle station, nice spacious place to relax, lovely variety of tea, and delicious food. pricing is a bit high but quality is so good, no issues, staff is also good. I have been here twice with friends, and once we had bubble tea which was not good so the staff happily replaced them to a perfect version, really great service. 

Paneer tikka pizza, detox tea, their chocolate pastry and burmese tea salad are my favorites and everything else is also tasty plus healthy, so completely recommended. They also sell tea in cute boxes, I bought one of red zen (it is an infusion of herbs and flowers) and it is pricey but very delicious beverage for hot summer days.

Solitaire Restaurant - Kohinoor Continental : Food Review, Zomato

One of my favorite places, I visited it very recently with family for dinner buffet, one of the most price effective places in Mumbai. Staff is so amazing, loved our time here, very warm and polite staff, very elegant ambiance and delicious food. Starters served on table, main course and dessert spread on the table, choices for veggies a bit less than non veggies but still very satisfactory. Some delicious items were the salads, fried rice, noodles, sweet & sour veggies gravy, coconut pudding, paan ice cream, rose ice cream, corn cutlets and so on!

Imperial China - Hilton Mumbai International : Food Review, Mumbai

Beautiful heritage ambiance, peaceful and quaint, live music streams in from the lobby, the hanging fans from the ceiling at Imperial China truly give it a vibe of an era where time stands still. Prices also very reasonable for the kind of delicious food they are providing and the service is truly exceptional with each staff member doing their best to exceed all expectations. 

Would suggest everything on the menu here, portions are quite good, flavors are superb. Loved Chef's special Imperial Dragon soup and Schezwan Eggplant (so crunchy!) along with Vegetable Hot Basil Rice, this was perhaps the first time in my life I had fried rice without needing any gravy accompaniment, it was so filling and wholesome. 

There are more than enough options for veggies as well as non veggies to please every kind of tastebud and they have started having different kinds of food festivals too. Will be back soon.

Nice relaxed ambiance, a small place but doesnt feel claustrophobic,

Was here on weekend, they have buffet as well as a la carte,

With family, went for a la carte,

Loved Paneer Tikka, Veg Biryani and Moong Dal Halwa - recommended,

Portions very big, quite value for money,

The ONLY drawback, as others have also pointed- service! So slow! Took us 15 minutes to find someone to place order, another half hour for starters to arrive, another 15 minutes for main course to arrive...

They seem to be short staffed, food is good but if service is abysmally slow, people will get impatient!

If they get more staff (staff is lovely,no problems in their behavior,but service is very slow),then food here is good to get people back

Tiffinbox Etc. Bandra Kurla Complex : Food Review, Zomato

Dedicated to bringing Indian food from various parts of India, with some little twist, idea is so good, 

Authentic too in many respects, must try their tiffin, 

Huge place with good ambiance to go with friends or family, 

A bit expensive though only the tiffins are value for money because they are huge in portion, 

Service was good and reasonably fast, 

We had Vada Pav ricotta sliders, made our day, cheesy vada pav without being too spicy! 

Loved mirchiwale aloo, it is stuffed aloo and tastes like paneer tikka, just have it!

 In main course Paneer Kadhai with garlic naan is must have, authentic and filling, 

In dessert,I love kulfi sundae which is huge and like a meal in itself, 

overall a good place, a bit in the remote part of BKC.
